We deliver orders throughout Ukraine quickly, reliably, and conveniently. All shipments are handled via the Nova Poshta or URKRPOSHTA delivery service.

For international deliveries, we use the international courier service FedEx, which provides fast and reliable shipping to most countries worldwide.

Delivery to Nova Poshta Branch

 • Orders can be shipped to any Nova Poshta branch in your city.

 • Delivery time: 1–3 business days (depending on the region).

 • Shipping cost is determined according to Nova Poshta tariffs and is paid by the customer upon delivery.

 • Orders are stored at the branch for 7 days, after which they are returned to the sender.

 • You can track your shipment using the tracking number (TTN).

Courier Delivery (Nova Poshta)

 • A Nova Poshta courier will deliver your order directly to your door.

 • Delivery time: 1–3 business days.

 • Shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier’s tariffs and is paid by the customer upon delivery.

Free Delivery

 • Free delivery is available for orders from 5000 UAH to any address within Ukraine.

Shipping Conditions

 • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

 • During periods of high demand or possible power outages, delivery times may be extended.

Right of Withdrawal

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, and you have an additional 14 days to send the item back after submitting a return request.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in perfect, undamaged condition
• with all tags and labels attached
• in the original packaging

Swimwear & Intimates

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate items can only be returned if the hygiene seal is completely intact.

Non-returnable items

• Sale items
• Custom-made items
• Items with a broken or removed hygiene seal
• Gift cards (non-refundable)
