What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several convenient payment options:

What is the partial prepayment?
You pay 250 UAH to reserve your item.
We ship your order after receiving the prepayment.
The remaining amount is paid upon delivery.
Can I pay fully online?
Yes. Full payment via LiqPay is available at checkout.
Can I pay upon delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available.
Please note: a 250 UAH prepayment is required before shipment....
Can I receive an invoice for payment?
Yes. Contact us and we will issue an invoice.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Payments through LiqPay use secure payment gateways.

PARTIAL PAYMENT
Is it possible to pay in installments (“Pokupka Chastynami”) via Monobank?
Yes.
What kind of service is this?
“Pokupka Chastynami” is a service that allows Monobank customers to purchase goods on the website in installments without the need to provide any additional documents or certificates.
What is required to use the service?
To use this service, you must be a Monobank client, have the MONO mobile application installed on your phone, and have an active “Pokupka Chastynami” limit.
To make a purchase on the website:
• add the product to the cart;
• choose the payment method “Monobank | Pokupka Chastynami”;
• enter the phone number linked to your Monobank card and confirm the purchase by entering the SMS code;
• review the loan agreement in the app and confirm your consent there.
Are there any restrictions on the number of purchases?
No. You can have multiple installment contracts or purchase several products at the same time. The only limitation is the available amount within your “Pokupka Chastynami” credit limit.
How is the first payment charged?
The first payment, as well as all subsequent payments, is charged automatically to your credit card. No additional fees apply.
If a purchase receipt has already been issued, the order can only be canceled by submitting a refund request.

What delivery methods are available?
We ship orders via Nova Poshta or UKRPOSHTA in three formats:
• to a branch
• to a parcel locker (Nova Poshta)
• courier delivery to your address
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–3 business days, depending on your city.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost follows transport company rates.
MMSW does not add any extra fees.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if the order has not been shipped yet.
Contact us as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
International shipping will be added in the future.
How do I track my order?
You receive an SMS or app notification from delivery company with a tracking number.

Yes. We accept pre-orders for select models or colors.
Can I return sale items?
It depends on the promotion:
- some sale items can be returned
- some cannot be returned

Can an item be reserved during a sale?

Do I need an account to place an order?

You only need an email.

Next time, you log in via a one-time email code.

Will I receive order confirmation?
Yes, you receive:
• SMS confirmation
