MMSW CLUB FAQ
What is MMSW CLUB?
The MMSW loyalty program: you earn points for purchases and activity and exchange them for a discount (1 point = 1 UAH). Depending on your purchases over the last 12 months you have one of four tiers: Start, Silver, Gold or Black.
How do I join?
Sign up on the website or sign in with your email at checkout — you become a member automatically and get 5 points.
How are points earned?
1 point for every 20 UAH of the goods total after discounts (delivery excluded), rounded to a whole number. Points show in your account right after the order as "pending" and become available 14 days after you receive the parcel (without a Nova Poshta tracking number — 21 days after shipping). Also: sign-up — 5, newsletter subscription — 10, completed profile — 10, birthday — 10, review of a purchased product — 30, Instagram photo post tagging @mmsw.ua — 100 points (send the link to our manager for confirmation).
How do I use points?
In your account, on the «Rewards» tab, choose a preset or your own amount — you'll get a personal one-time discount code. It works for orders from 1,000 UAH; apply it to your cart in one click or enter it at checkout.
What tiers are there?
Start — up to 14,999 UAH, Silver — from 15,000 UAH, Gold — from 45,000 UAH, Black — from 90,000 UAH of purchases over the last 12 months. Higher tiers get free delivery from a lower amount, private sales and other perks.
How does my tier change?
Your tier is recalculated every day from your purchases over the last 12 months. If the total goes down (older purchases drop out of the 12 months), your tier may go down too.
How do I reach a higher tier?
Reach the purchase total — your tier updates the next day. For every new tier you get a one-time bonus: Silver — 750, Gold — 1,500, Black — 2,500 points.
Do points expire?
No, points don't expire.
What happens to points if I return an item?
Returned or cancelled items earn no points. If an item is returned after its points became available, they are deducted.
Can I transfer points to someone else?
No, points belong to your account.
