You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, and you have an additional 14 days to send the item back after submitting a return request.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- in perfect, undamaged condition
- with all tags and labels attached
- in the original packaging
Swimwear & Intimates
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate items can only be returned if the hygiene seal is completely intact.

- Items with a broken or removed hygiene seal
